I’m Marcus Thompson

Over 35 years in B2B IT sales. Startups to large corporates. I’ve built a business from the ground up, managed complex global accounts, and worked directly and through partners. I’ve personally carried the bag and led teams who have done the same.

Today, I’m a qualified, solution-focused hypnotherapist working with senior sales professionals who want to perform at their peak without burning out.

How It Works

6-8 week programme | One hour weekly sessions via Zoom

This is solution-focused hypnotherapy—a neuroscience-informed approach that combines talking therapy with guided relaxation—no swinging watches. No “you’re getting sleepy” nonsense.

We work on changing the actual patterns in your brain that create stress, anxiety, fear, and performance blocks. You’ll understand why you respond the way you do under pressure, and learn practical tools to change those responses.

What we work on depends on where you are:

Some people come to me for pure performance – they want to be more consistent, more confident, more effective under pressure.

About Me

The relationship between a coach and client is built on trust, understanding, and shared purpose. When considering who to work with on your mental fitness journey, you must feel a genuine connection with the person guiding you. I’ve created this page to share a bit about my background, experiences, and approach—not just as professional credentials, but as a way for you to get a sense of who I am and whether we might be a good fit for working together.

TranceAtlantic Program

The program begins with a free, one-hour consultation to discuss goals, explain the brain science behind the approach, and outline the therapy coaching process, including trance use. After that, sessions are an hour long, held weekly, and typically last 8 to 12 sessions. A relaxation recording is recommended between sessions to enhance progress. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
